Purfurry Cancellation Policy

At Purfurry, we aim to offer flexibility to pet parents while respecting the time and commitments of our boarding partners. Our cancellation policy includes two parts:

Each boarding facility on Purfurry sets its own cancellation policy. These policies may vary in terms of refund eligibility, notice period, and handling of no-shows. You are responsible for reviewing and understanding the specific policy before completing a booking.

To help you make an informed decision, Purfurry assigns each provider a general cancellation tag based on their policy:

  • Repeated misuse of the cancellation process may result in restrictions on your account.
