To support the growth of our community and ensure a seamless experience for all users, we maintain the following payment and commission structure.

For Pet Parents (Customers)

Platform Service Fee: 3.5%

• Enhanced search and matching capabilities
• Onboarding and vetting of professional providers
• Customer support and booking management infrastructure

Our goal is to provide customers with unmatched convenience and peace of mind while ensuring transparency in pricing.

For Boarding Providers (Kennels & Licensed Facilities)

Provider Introductory Commission Rate: 15%

• Targeted marketing and exposure to pet parents
• Seamless booking and payment management
• Tools to track and manage listings efficiently
• Access to a platform built specifically for licensed professionals
