By checking this box and submitting this booking, I, the Owner/Guardian, solemnly affirm and declare the following:

Legal Authority: I am the legal owner of this pet or have been granted full legal authority by the owner to board this animal. I am responsible for all decisions and disclosures made herein.

Rabies (ARV) Mandate: As required by law in India, I certify that this pet has a current and valid Anti-Rabies Vaccination (ARV). I affirm that the vaccination dates provided are accurate and the record uploaded is a true copy of the official veterinary certificate.

Zero Exposure Warranty: I affirm that within the last 21 days, this pet has not: Been bitten by or had direct contact with any stray animal, or any animal suspected of being rabid. Shown any clinical symptoms of Rabies, including but not limited to: unprovoked aggression, changes in barking/vocalization, hydrophobia, or excessive salivation.

Disclosure of Symptoms: I certify the pet is currently free from all contagious diseases (e.g., Distemper, Parvo, Kennel Cough). If the pet has shown any lethargy, vomiting, or respiratory distress in the last 48 hours, I have disclosed this to the Provider.

Right of Refusal & No-Refund Policy: I explicitly acknowledge that the Service Provider has the absolute right to refuse or cancel the booking upon physical arrival if the pet displays any symptoms of illness or aggression.

Forfeiture of Payment: I agree that if the booking is cancelled at the door due to my failure to disclose symptoms or contact history, or if the vaccination records are found to be invalid, I am not entitled to any refund of the booking fee.
