Mandatory Verification & Custodial Acceptance

By clicking "Accept Booking," I, the Service Provider, acknowledge my role as the responsible custodian and affirm: Mandatory Identity Verification (Hotel-Style Check-in): I agree to physically verify a Government-issued Photo ID (e.g., Aadhaar, PAN Card, Driving License) of the pet parent at the time of drop-off. I will ensure the identity matches the name on the booking and the vaccination records. I acknowledge my right to refuse the pet if valid ID is not presented or if the identities do not match.

Document Audit: I have personally verified the Rabies Vaccination (ARV) record uploaded by the owner. I confirm that it is issued by a registered veterinarian and is currently within its validity period.

Physical Inspection Duty: I acknowledge that I am required to perform a physical inspection of the pet upon arrival.

Authority to Reject: I understand that if I observe any symptoms of Rabies or other contagious illnesses during the check-in, I have the sole authority to cancel the stay immediately.

No-Refund Enforcement: I confirm that in the event of a cancellation due to the pet's health/symptoms or fraudulent records, I will uphold the platform’s "No-Refund" policy for the owner to protect my facility and other boarders.

Assumption of Custodial Risk: I accept full responsibility for the review and acceptance of this booking. I acknowledge that the Platform is a facilitator and the final decision to admit the animal—based on my review of the records and the physical state of the pet—is mine alone.

Notification of Authorities: I agree that if a pet shows active symptoms of Rabies during its stay, I will immediately isolate the animal and follow local municipal protocols for reporting a notifiable disease.
