Every stay booked and paid for through Purfurry includes Purfurry 5K Pet Protection when your pet stays with a Purfurry-verified provider. This is not insurance. This is Purfurry stepping in when something goes wrong during the stay.
What’s Covered (Up to ₹5,000)
Veterinary Costs Attributable to the Stay If any incident occurs to your pet during the confirmed Purfurry stay and it results in veterinary treatment, Purfurry will:
• Review the case individually
• As long as the case is submitted within 7 days of the completion of the booking
• Assess whether the incident or condition is attributable to the stay
• Reimburse eligible only veterinary expenses
• Up to a maximum of ₹5,000 per booking
This includes:
• Accidental injuries during boarding (subject to thorough review)
• Medical issues caused by events or exposure during the stay (for example: ticks, fleas, or infections contracted during the stay- subject to thorough review)
• Emergency vet consultations, tests, medicines, and procedures (subject to thorough review)
• All cases are reviewed case by case, based on available facts.
• Eligibility for the plan is determined solely at the discretion of Purfurry. Purfurry reserves the right to deny any claim that does not meet our safety guidelines or verification requirements.
• By using the platform, you acknowledge that this plan is a "goodwill gesture" and does not create a legal obligation for Purfurry to pay for any loss, injury, or damage beyond the stated cap.
