Cancellation/Refund Policy
3 days before cancellation NO SHOW POLICY • Pets must be picked up on the agreed date. • If pick-up is delayed by 8 hours from the given time additional boarding charges will apply as per the daily rate. • Delays without communication will be treated as an extended stay. • In case the owner is unreachable, the provided emergency contact may be contacted. • The pet’s safety and comfort will always be prioritised.
